Care Team Collaborative Staff

Michele Timmons, Director

Michele holds a master’s degree in educational administration, 17 years of public education experience as a teacher, administrator, special education director and charter school founder. She has participated in the Care Team initiative in Muskingum and surrounding counties since its inception, piloting Muskingum County’s first Care Teams in 2003 at her charter school for at risk high school youth. Michele accepted a leadership position in 2004 increasing CTC from two teams to fifteen teams in under five years. Michele is recognized as a pioneer of collaborative school based mental health services.

Michele directly serves Care Teams at Central Elememtary School, Coshocton High School, Independence High School and The Center For Learning.

Katie West, Coach

Katie has a bachelor’s degree in public relations/marketing, offering skills in public speaking, professional development training and effectively working with school staff.  Her duties include working directly with school staff  to ensure Care Teams and Developmental Asset Building is progressing effectively. Katie directly serves Care Teams at East Muskingum Middle School, Foxfire High School, Morgan Junior High School, Tri-Valley Middle School, and West Muskingum High School.

Amy Wolford, Secretary

Amy is pursuing her bachelor's degree in accounting. She serves the Care Team Collaborative in both budgetary and web administration roles.

Part Time Staff

Lynn Fazakas, Asset Coordinator

Lynn holds a bachelor's degree from Ohio University in education, and has 30 years public education experience. Lynn is leading Care Team's Youth Leadership iniative and will also be directly serving our newest Care Teams in Seneca County as a coach.
